You stay in beautiful, spacious rooms or hotel apartments with bath/WC, balcony or terrace, satellite TV, minibar, free WLan access, heating and a wonderful view.
Wearing your bathrobe, the elevator takes you directly to the 800 m² spa centre with a brine spa (8 x 15 m, 33° C, 3%; salt content), wellness area (sauna, steam bath, relaxation room) and fitness room. During the week we offer water gymnastics, introduction to the fitness room and healing meditations (according to weekly program).
The staff of our therapy department offers you a wide range of massages, cosmetics and therapeutic treatments throughout the week. Normally they are at your disposal between 8 and 12 a.m. and between 16 and 19 p.m..
We recommend that you book treatments in advance.
At our hotel we will serve you breakfast. We also have a small bar menu with some dishes.
For dinner we recommend the restaurants in the nearby village centre. If you booked with dinner, the "Aletsch" and the "Tunetsch" restaurant offers you a 3-course and a 4-course menu every day.
A free taxi service (according to the timetable) to the village centre and back is available both at noon and in the evening.
It will be a pleasure to pick you up free of charge at the station in Mörel upon arrival and bring you back to Mörel on the day of departure. If you are arriving by car, you will find a place in our car park or in the parking hall.
If you wish to use our Mörel-Breiten shuttle service during your stay, we will charge you CHF 4 per trip and person (minimum CHF 8 per trip).
In the lobby, you can help yourself at the coffee and tea bar with various coffee specialities, over 20 types of tea and our popular rose quartz water (self-service).
A small library is at your disposal on the first floor.
In front of the hotel a beautiful hotel garden invites you to relax.
Breiten is a central starting point for hikes and snowshoe tours in the whole of the Upper Valais (Aletsch, Goms, Zermatt, Simplon, Lötschberg...)
In winter, you can reach the Aletsch Arena with the free "Ski-Shuttel" and the cable car without waiting times: over 100 km of slopes invite you to go skiing and snowboarding. Ski touring, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and winter hiking are also possible.
Other options include summer hiking, mountain biking, climbing and mountaineering, paragliding, glacier hiking, Nordic walking, fishing, outdoor yoga, meditation, golf, tennis, horse riding, cycling and mountain biking, rafting and kayaking.
