Travel information
Our rooms are ready for you from 14.00 on the day of arrival at the latest. If you arrive after 21.00 we kindly ask you to inform us in advance.
The room is available until 11.00 a.m. on the day of departure. If you would like to stay longer in your room, contact the reception on the day of departure.
There are enough parking spaces available for our guests, either on the outside parking lot or in our parking garage. Per night we charge you a reduced price for the parking (CHF 7.50 / CHF 5 instead of CHF 13).
If you arrive by public transport, we will pick you up free of charge at the train station in Mörel on the day of arrival and bring you back to your train on the day of departure. Please let us know your arrival and departure times in advance.
You are welcome to leave your luggage with us if your room is not ready on the day of arrival or if you would like to do something on the day of departure.
If you want to travel lightly, your luggage will be collected by the SBB from your home and delivered to your hotel the following day. The return transport works in the same way.
Luggage delivery
The breakfast buffet is served in the breakfast room from 7:30 - 10:30 am.
You are welcome to have breakfast brought to your room at no extra charge. Please ask for the breakfast order form at the reception.
If you would like to have breakfast earlier, please inform the reception the evening before.
Our hotel taxi will take you to the restaurants in the village centre free of charge and pick you up after your meal. Please notify the reception desk in good time.
At midday we serve small dishes from the bar menu in the lobby.
If you have booked with dinner, you can choose between a 3 or 4-course menu in the Restaurant Aletsch or in the Restaurant Tunetsch in the center of Mörel. Vegetarian meals and diets are available. Please inform us as early as possible if you have any special requests.
A free shuttle service (according to the timetable) to the village centre (and back) is available for all guests in the evening.
If you have booked with dinner and would like to eat out, please cancel your half board at the reception until 16:00 hours. Meals not cancelled in time will be charged.
Would you like a picnic for your hike? You are welcome to order one at the reception until 17:30 the evening before.

Children from 3 years up have access to the brine pool from 9 - 12 a.m. and from 15 - 18.30 p.m. when accompanied by an adult.

The wellness area is open for ladies and gentlemen* from 14 years up.
In the morning you can reserve the wellness area "private". Ask at reception about the costs..
If you wish to leave before 8 a.m. in the morning, we ask you to settle the bill the evening before. Our cash desk is open from 8 to 21 a.m..
For questions and problems, we are at your disposal during 24 hours.
Our employees are at your disposal from Monday to Saturday from 8:00 to 12:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00. The best way to book your appointment is to call +41 27 928 42 00 before your arrival.
But also during your stay you can make short-term reservations for massages, beauty treatments and therapies. Just ask at the cash desk if there are still free appointments.
